FSMB Data

Axuall collects FSMB data on providers. This is all captured and stored in the Verified Share API for import into an organization's PDMP. Depending on the recipe configuration and provider type, any of the below data may be captured and stored in the JSON.

`state`	String	State of license as provided by FSMB.	MD/DO/PA
`institution`	String	The state licensing board for the license.	MD/DO/PA
`license_number`	String	The state license number as provided by FSMB.	MD/DO/PA
`license_status`	String	The status of the state medical license for the practitioner.	MD/DO/PA
